Our Team of Professionals

AGENTONDUTY is a professional team that is using our digital transaction system to complete Real Estate sales for our clients.

Because of the highly unique way, we've structured our real estate CRMs, showings, transactions & deal processing system, our client’s homes sell for more money in less time, and our buyers get the most current information regarding listings which saves them time and money. 

We are also the founder of the AGENTONDUTY app, which is now available in the app store and Google Play for download.  This App connects a consumer to a nearby AGENT ON DUTY.  It comes in multiple languages: English, French, Spanish, Chinese, Italian, Romania, Portuguese, Polish and more yet to come.  It can be used anywhere in the world by agents and their potential clients where real estate transactions exist.  This App allows consumers to connect to an agent on duty near them not only in the Toronto, Canada area but elsewhere around the globe.  Agents nor consumers need to work for/with our brokerage to use the App.  The App is free.  Learn more about the app at www.agentonduty.realestate.

In my experience, Deirdre has always held true to her commitments! When I bought my first home, I really did not know what I was after. Deirdre was very patient, I never felt pressured, she listened to and observed what I liked and didn’t like, and soon enough was able to find the perfect starter home for myself. As time passed, I found myself with a family and we out grew that perfect starter home. Deirdre had been working with us for a number of months through our pregnancy and birth of our first child to find is our ideal family home. In the end, we purchased the place for what we felt was fair market value, and felt lucky to be well represented by Deirdre in the negotiations. Two weeks later, when we came home and finally saw the place, it was love at first sight! We also had to move fast and sell our old place! With Deirdre’s coaching, our place sold in four days for 99% of list, and with a very agreeable closing date! I would not hesitate to recommend Deirdre to my closest friends and family.
